Returns
Prior to any return please get in contact with us so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday (This excludes any Bank Holidays)
The following conditions apply for returns / replacements:
Please ensure you include your Order ID, Name, Address and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed or remain un-actioned if we can not identify it.
Items returned must be returned in any original packaging, with all accessories, manuals or documentation sold and in 'Un-used' condition.
Adequate packaging and postage must be provided for any returned items
All returned items are subject to inspection by our returns department. No refunds will be issued until the item has been inspected and any defect, fault or damage established.
Please be aware, Royal Mail only confirms the item as lost after 14 days from the day of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team' via' eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Thank you for your understanding.
